Security and data handling
Your dimension’s content and the data behind it are scoped to that dimension, visible only to the people your visibility setting allows, and never exposed to each other where privacy matters.
Provider keys
Section titled “Provider keys”An AI provider key you add is never stored in Clash-IT’s own database — only its last four characters are, for display. The key itself lives in a managed secret store, and it’s only read back at the moment a generation job actually calls your provider. Adding, rotating and removing a key are each recorded in an audit trail.
Reports and reviews
Section titled “Reports and reviews”Reporting a question, decision, review or dimension never tells its owner who reported it — the report shows the item, the reason given, its status and the date, nothing more. A review you post does show your name.
Visibility and access
Section titled “Visibility and access”Private, Link and Public control who can find and play your dimension, not who can manage it — managing it is always limited to its owner and admins. See Manage your dimension’s settings.
Suspension and deletion
Section titled “Suspension and deletion”If Clash-IT’s moderation team suspends your dimension, it’s hidden from browse and share links but stays playable for anyone already in it; Public visibility can’t be turned on again until the suspension is lifted. Deleting your dimension yourself is different and immediate: its content and membership are removed right away, any match in progress on it ends, and it can’t be undone.
