Privacy and data
Your organisation sees aggregate results for everyone on its roster, and only what each member chooses to share about themselves.
The ANALYTICS tab — engagement, domain accuracy, difficulty played, capability inventory — is built from match results across the whole roster; it isn’t something a member opts into, and a capability count under three members is hidden rather than shown exactly, so no one is singled out. A member’s own Skill Passport, by contrast, is private by default: what shows on their PROFILE in MEMBERS, and what’s visible when they respond to a project need, is only what they’ve chosen to share with your organisation, one domain at a time. A declining trend is never shown to anyone but the member themselves.
Removing or banning a member takes them off your roster; it doesn’t delete their account, match history, or anything they’ve bought in your organisation’s shop. Account deletion is each member’s own action, from their own account settings — your organisation can’t do it for them.
