Troubleshoot a problem

A Reconnecting… screen appears and retries automatically. Click Reconnect to try again, or Return to menu to give up on this attempt. If every retry fails, you’ll see Unable to reconnect — the match can’t be continued from there.

A banner shows Opponent disconnected with a countdown while the game waits for them to come back. Click Leave if you don’t want to wait — the match ends if they don’t reconnect in time.

This means the server no longer has your match, so it stopped accepting moves — the attempt can’t be resumed. Close it and start a new match.

Starting a new VS AI match offers Resume to pick your skirmish back up, or Restart to begin it again from the start. There’s no separate list of saved games — just the one in-progress attempt per content source.

If the dimension you had selected as your content source is no longer available, Clash-IT falls back to Platform automatically and shows a banner telling you so. Pick a different dimension from Content source if you meant to keep playing one.
