Manage your dimension's settings
Open your dimension and click SETTINGS in the sidebar. Any admin can open this tab; renaming, changing visibility, setting the season length and deleting are owner only (see Who can do what).
Rename, describe or change visibility
Section titled “Rename, describe or change visibility”Edit the name and description, pick a visibility, then click SAVE SETTINGS:
- Private — only you — the default for a new dimension.
- Link — anyone with the link can view — share the join link below.
- Public — listed for everyone to find — shows up in Browse dimensions. Unavailable while your dimension is suspended by moderation.
Share the join link
Section titled “Share the join link”Once visibility is Link or Public, a join link appears above the tabs — click COPY. Anyone can also join by pasting that link or your dimension’s slug into JOIN BY LINK on the dimensions browse screen; see Pick and join a dimension.
Set a season length
Section titled “Set a season length”Under SEASON, enter a whole number of days from 1 to 365 and click SAVE. Leave it unset and seasons default to the calendar month. A change takes effect at the next season — the one running now keeps its original length.
Delete your dimension
Section titled “Delete your dimension”Click DELETE DIMENSION and confirm. This removes it and everything in it immediately — content, membership, matches in progress — and can’t be undone.
Who can do what
Section titled “Who can do what”A dimension can be owned by you personally, or — for an organisation’s dimension — by that organisation. Either way, “owner” means one person: you, or the organisation’s own owner. “Admin” means you, or, for an organisation’s dimension, any of that organisation’s admins. Renaming, changing visibility, setting the season and deleting are owner only; opening Settings and managing AI-assisted content are open to any admin. See Roles: owner, admin and member.
