Skill Passport

The Skill Passport turns your match history into a record of what you actually know, not just how much you’ve played.

For each domain you’ve played, it shows a competency band from Emerging up to Expert, based on how much you’ve played and how accurately you’ve answered — plus a trend showing whether you’re improving, holding steady, or slipping. A cognitive depth section shows whether you’re strongest at recall or at deeper analysis and evaluation, not just raw accuracy. A subtopic breakdown, shown after a match, narrows that further to your accuracy on each subtopic you were tested on, with a one-click way to practice the ones you’re weak on.

The passport is yours to control. Sharing controls let you choose which domains an organisation you belong to can see, and whether you’re discoverable for project matching within it — nothing is shared by default. You can also record learning interests for domains you want to grow in.

Your profile lets you pin a handful of achievements to a showcase, so the ones you’re proudest of are the ones people see first. For a domain-by-domain view of what to practice next, see Study Map. To control who can see your passport, see Share your passport.

The point is a record you can point to — inside an organisation for project matching, or just for yourself — without needing a resume.
