Share your passport
Your Skill Passport is private by default. Sharing is per organisation you belong to, and per domain within it.
- Open your Skill Passport and find Sharing Controls.
- Toggle on each domain you want that organisation to see. A shared domain shows only your band (Emerging through Expert) and, if you’re trending up, an arrow for that — steady shows no arrow at all, and there’s never a declining trend or your raw accuracy.
- Toggle Discoverable for project matching to let that organisation’s admins find you for projects matching your shared skills. This applies to all the domains you’ve shared with it.
There’s no link to copy or send — an organisation’s admins see what you’ve shared with them from inside their own dashboard, and only for domains you’ve explicitly turned on. Nothing is visible to an organisation you haven’t shared anything with, and nothing is ever public.
