Read your team's results

How do I read my team’s results?

  1. Open your account menu, click Organizations, select your organisation, then open ANALYTICS.
  2. Engagement shows total members, how many played in the last 7 and 30 days, total matches, and the average matches per member.
  3. Team domain accuracy is a heatmap of every domain, colour-coded from strong to weak, built from every member’s answers — not just the ones who opted to share their Skill Passport.
  4. Difficulty distribution shows the spread of match difficulty your team has actually played.
  5. Capability inventory shows how many members fall into each competency band per domain. A count under three shows as < 3 instead of an exact number, so no single member’s result is singled out.

To see one specific member’s own results, open MEMBERS and click PROFILE next to their name — that only shows what they’ve chosen to share from their Skill Passport.
